How have you been? I mean, how has your health been? Are you taking great care of yourself? Do you know that to fulfill God’s purpose on earth, you need to be healthy? 3 John 1:2 tells us that as we prosper in every other area of our lives, we need to prosper in our health.
From experience, I have found out that most Christian women don’t pay attention to their health. This could be because they are so busy paying attention to the family or other things. But we all know that every woman has a great role to play in the home and in the kingdom.
With this been our vision, we are on a mission to educate and support other women so we all can start paying attention to this body God bought so expensively as the bible tells us.
Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary. You were God’s expensive purchase, paid for with tears of blood, so by all means, then, use your body to bring glory to God!

With that I invite you to a sustainable healthy lifestyle training tagged “EAT MORE TO GAIN LESS”
Here we will be trained by a season food scientist and you’ll also belong to an accountability and support group know as the BLC ACTIVE GROUP. This is a private group and only open to 20 women.
The training cost has been heavily discounted from ₦10,000 per person to ₦3,000 per person. However, for the first 15 women, we would be paying ₦1,000 for you and you pay the balance of ₦2,000.
