I don’t want anything to happen to any member of my family. Everyday I pray that their lives are secured in Christ with God. I’m sure you do this too. As a wife and mum, I want to grow old with my husband; and to be here for my children, grandchildren and by God’s grace my great grandchildren.
If the Jews were destroyed as Haman wanted, this meant that Esther would not see her family again and several lineages would have been eliminated completely. And more so, we many not have been able to read about Esther.
We cannot always be everywhere together. Our children will go to school. Our husbands would go to work and if we don’t work together, this means we would be going to different places. As times goes on, our children will go on to schools away from home, to college and to university, some away from home. Also, for some of us, our husbands may travel out of state to work or even go off-shore. All we can do at this time is to accompany them with our prayers.
Prayers accompanied Esther as she went to see the king against the normal. We also see God preserving Esther because if the king did not hold his scepter to her, she would have lost her life.
Now let us send our prayers to accompany our family and us.

Psalm 121:5-8 ERV. 5 The Lord is your Protector. The Lord stands by your side, shading and protecting you. 6 The sun cannot harm you during the day, and the moon cannot harm you at night. 7 The Lord will protect you from every danger. He will protect your soul. 8 The Lord will protect you as you come and go, both now and forever!
Dear God, thank you for being our protector. I pray that you will always stand by ________ and I’s side every day. Protect us from every danger along the way. As _______ and I go to and come back from work, the mall, or even a visit, protect _______ and I. Deliver us from any harm scheduled at daytime and at night in Jesus Name. Amen.
Psalm 138:7 NLT. Though I am surrounded by troubles, you will protect me from the anger of my enemies. You reach out your hand, and the power of your right hand saves me.
Dear God, I want to thank you for reassuring _______ and I in your word that no matter the amount of troubles surrounding us, we will be saved from them all. I pray that anyone who has decided in his/her heart to be _______ or I’s enemies, you will not give them any reason to succeed; but Lord, they will also see for themselves, your saving power in our lives in Jesus Name. Amen.
Psalm 17:8-9 NLT. 8 Guard me as you would guard your own eyes. Hide me in the shadow of your wings. 9 Protect me from wicked people who attack me, from murderous enemies who surround me.
Psalm 34:7-8 AMP. 7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him [with awe-inspired reverence and worship Him with obedience], And He rescues [each of] them. 8 O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good; How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him.
Dear God, I commit _______ and I into your hands. Give us a heart that reverence, worship and is obedient to you. As _______ and I take refuge in you, bless us, protect us, prosper us, favor us and let your angels be around _______ and I each day. Like your eye Lord, we believe we are rescued and protected in Jesus Name. Amen
Proverbs 18:10-11 AMP. The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs to it and is safe and set on high [far above evil].

But you, O Lord, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high. 4 I cried out to the Lord, and he answered me from his holy mountain. 5 I lay down and slept, yet I woke up in safety, for the Lord was watching over me. 6 I am not afraid of ten thousand enemies who surround me on every side.
Dear God, thank you for the name of Jesus. A name above all other names. The name _______ and I can call on when we are in trouble. Because of the name of Jesus, ______ and I can call upon you and go to bed knowing you are watching us. Because of your name Lord, _______ and I are not afraid of ten thousand enemies. Oh how we love the name of Jesus. I pray that any time _______ and I call upon your name, you will arise to protect and preserve us in Jesus Name. Amen.
Isaiah 54:17 AMP. No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will condemn. This [peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from Me, says the Lord.
Dear God, _______ and I believe with all of our heart and with our mouth we confess that no weapon formed against ________ and I will succeed. When tongues speak evil of us or in a way that will make us to suffer wrongly, I pray that you will raise tongues that will vindicate us and this to your glory in Jesus name. Amen.
